Turbo Jam® is an in-home fitness program that combines kickboxing, dancing, and body sculpting moves to help you burn calories and tone muscles. MY review:  
Turbo Jam® was the first program that I did through Beachbody. Yes, I was already a Turbo Kick® instructor so maybe I was (am) a little biased. ;) Anyway, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this program!!! It's a bit of a dance-y version of cardio-kickboxing and it's for any level of fitness. It is perfect for learning the moves if you are someone who has trouble with choreography. (In other words, you may want to start here and then go to TurboFire®.) It's less intense than TurboFire®, but you can make any program more intense by what you put into it - am I right? Oh, and Chalene's energy is contagious! The sculpting dvd's are no joke (especially the lower body one) and the weighted gloves make any of the workouts KILLER! I HIGHLY recommend this one!
