What is TurboFire®?

Why is TurboFire® effective?

How does it work?

MY review:
TurboFire® was the program that I went to after Turbo Jam®. A natural progression especially since I was already a Turbo Kick® instructor so maybe I was (am) a little biased. ;) Anyway, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this program even more than I did Turbo Jam®! There are the "FIRE" classes which are modeled very much after the Turbo Kick® classes you find at the gym (30, 45, 55, and 60 minute versions). And then there are the HIIT workouts. Yeah, they are only 15, 20, 25, and 30 minute classes but they are INTENSE. Talk about an afterburn! I know they say this program can be for any level of fitness, but I believe it's a pretty advanced program - especially the cardiovascular aspect of it. It's definitely more intense than Turbo Jam®, but you can make any program more or less intense by what you put into it - am I right? Chalene is spot on with keeping you motivated throughout the workouts. It's almost like she could see me and tell me to keep going when I was starting to fizzle. I think that I lost the most weight with this program and it's the one that I always keep going back to. It can be a bit dance-y at times, but I believe this one is definitely "sportier" than Turbo Jam®, especially those HIIT workouts (no time for messing around in those!). If you want a kickbutt you go!

MY review:  
Turbo Jam® was the first program that I did through Beachbody. Yes, I was already a Turbo Kick® instructor so maybe I was (am) a little biased. ;) Anyway, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this program!!! It's a bit of a dance-y version of cardio-kickboxing and it's for any level of fitness. It is perfect for learning the moves if you are someone who has trouble with choreography. (In other words, you may want to start here and then go to TurboFire®.) It's less intense than TurboFire®, but you can make any program more intense by what you put into it - am I right? Oh, and Chalene's energy is contagious! The sculpting dvd's are no joke (especially the lower body one) and the weighted gloves make any of the workouts KILLER! I HIGHLY recommend this one!
