Did you know, research says that for every pound of weight you lose, you release the equivalent of 4 pounds of pressure from each knee? So, when you lose 2 pounds in a week and you're mad at yourself because you think it should be more...don't be! You're knees are quite happy with you - that's 8 pounds of pressure off of them! (I'm good at math, aren't I? ;) )
